My admission process was easy and straightforward. Everyone was really friendly and helped me overcome any unnecessary worries especially Jackie and Dr Hyer and my anaesthetist. Jackie talked to me the the day before my colonoscopy as did doctor hyer who both put me at ease over my first procedure and Jackie was open to any questions I had. Overall in my opinion nothing need to be improved. Now I have no worries for my next colonoscopy.

jackie hawkins is the best nurse i have ever had. i love her so much she helps me with everything i go through and she still looks after me since day one and i’m 16 turning 17
